  • Decoct 20g of dried Fr. Fici Pumilae Bi Li and drink or eat five fruits after meals every day.
  • Grind 30-60g of the shell or kernel of Fr. Trappae Bispinosae Ling Jiaointo a powder. Take 6g raw or with honey at a time.
  • Steep 20 Scolopendra Wu Gongand 6g Flos Carthami Hong Hua in 0.5kg wine and 60% alcohol for twenty days, filter and dilute with cold, boiled water at a ratio of 6:4 water to wine. Take the 0.5kg of decoction over the period of one week.
  • Decoct 500 kilos into a thick syrup. Take 4g twice a day.
  • Wash and decoct 120g of Pseudobulbus Cremastrae/Pleiones Shan Ci Gu then mix with120g white honey and make a paste. Take 9-15g orally twice a day.
  • Stew 12.5kg Venenum Bufonis Chan Su  in 6kg wheat flour to make a paste. Take orally two to three times per day.
  • Decoct 2.5g Hb. Chelidonii Bai Qu Cai in 300ml of water and take three times a day.
  • Decoct 3g of Radix Alocasiae seu Euphorbiae Lang Du in 200ml of water, filter, add two eggs and boil, drink the broth and eat the eggs.
  • Prepare 30g of Rz. Polygoni Cuspidati Hu Zhang as a syrup and take 20-30ml two to three times a day.
  • Extract the juice from 750g of the leaves of Sm. Lablab Bai Bian Dou. Take frequently without dosage restriction.
  • Make Fol. et Ram. Sarcandrae Zhong Jie Feng into 0.3g tablets and take 4-6 tablets three times per day.
  • Stew 9g Alumen Ming Fan with 180g vinegar for five minutes and drink (said to be very effective immediately).
  • Boil 1150g Flos Gossampini Mu Mian Hua and 150g lean pork in 5kg water for 7-8 hours. Boil down to the volume of one bowl. Take once daily. Usually the pain is alleviated after one week, but continue until recovery is complete.
  • Decoct 120g Hb. et Rx. Gei Lu Bian Qing and 30g Hb. Pteris Feng Wei Cao and take daily.
  • Decoct the stem and pulp of Caulis Helianthi Annui Xiang Ri Gui Jing Sui  and take 4.5-6g daily for one year.
  • Remove the pit from Fr. Zizyphi Jujube Da Zao, stuff it with the body of Mylabris Ban Mao (with the head and wings removed), roast it. remove the Ban Mao and eat the date on an empty Stomach.
  • Grind equal portions of Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia and Fr. Piperis Hu Jiao into a powder. Blend with Succus Zingiberis Jiang Zhi and make into small pills. Take 30-60 pills each time with Ginger soup.
  • Take one dose a day of 6-12g Hb. Sedi Chui Pen Cao  combined with 9-16g Hb. Capsellae Ji Cai.
  • Take 3g Wine-fried and charred Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli Ji Nei Jin.
  • Decoct 10-20g Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli Ji Nei Jin in 200 ml water and divide int three equal portions for oral consumption.
