With Gui Ban, for dizziness, insomnia, tinnitus, forgetfulness, afternoon fevers, and night sweats due Yin Deficiency with Yang Rising.
Rx. Cyathulae Chuan Niu Xi 15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, expels Wind, drains Dampness, tonifies the Kidneys and Liver and strengthens the tendons and bones.
Cx. Eucommiae Du Zhong 10g Tonifies the Kidneys and Liver, strengthens the sinews and bones, aids the smooth flow of Qi and Blood and Tonifies Kidney Yang.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 10g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold and stops pain due to Blood Stasis.

Cx. Phellodendri Huang Bai 10g Drains Damp-Heat especially from the Lower Jiao and drains Kidney Fire.
With Cang Zhu, regulates painful obstruction in the legs and knees and eliminates Dampness and clears Heat for Lower Jiao Damp-Heat with pain, swelling, and weakness in the lower limbs.
