Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 6-60g Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin, nourishes Jing and Blood and fills the Marrow.
With Shan Zhu Yu, nourishes Kidney Yin and secures Jing, while restraining urination and sweating.
With Shan Zhu Yu and Shan Yao, for dizziness, weak and sore back, impotence, spermatorrhea and night sweats, due to Kidney and Liver Yin Deficiencies.
Dry-fried Rz. Dioscoreae Chao Shan Yao 6-10g Tonifies the Spleen, tonifies Kidney Yin and astringes Jing.
Fr. Corni Shan Zhu Yu 3-10g Stabilizes the Kidneys, astringes Jing, tonifies Liver and Kidney Yin and strengthens Kidney Yang.
With Shan Yao, Shu Di Huang, and Gou Qi Zi, for true Yin Deficiency.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 6-10g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin and benefits Jing.
With Shu Di Huang, for Liver and Kidney Deficiencies.

Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 3-6g Tonifies the Spleen and augments Qi and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
Cx. Eucommiae Du Zhong 6-10g Tonifies the Kidneys and Liver and Tonifies Kidney Yang.
Cx. Cinnamomi Rou Gui 3-6g Warms the Kidneys, Spleen and Heart and strengthens the Yang and Ming Men Fire.
With Zhi Fu Zi, powerfully tonifies Kidney Yang, for Kidney Yang Deficiency with lower back pain and weakness in the legs and knees.
Rx. Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Zhi Fu Zi 3-9g Restores Devastated Yang, warms Ming Men Fire and assists Heart, Kidney and Spleen Yang.
