With Shan Zhu Yu, nourishes Kidney Yin and secures Jing, while restraining urination and sweating.
With Shan Zhu Yu and Shan Yao, for dizziness, weak and sore back, impotence, spermatorrhea and night sweats due to Kidney and Liver Yin Deficiencies.
With Shan Zhu Yu, Shan Yao and Wu Wei Zi, for cough, shortness of breath and accelerated respiration.
Rz. Dioscoreae Shan Yao 9-45g Tonifies the Kidney Yin, astringes Jing, tonifies the Spleen, nourishes Stomach Yin, stops diarrhea, tonifies Lung Qi and nourishes Lung Yin.
Wine-soaked Rx. Achyranthis Bidentatae Niu Xi 9-45g Invigorates the Blood, expels Blood Stasis and nourishes the Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Du Zhong, for low back and extremity pain and weakness due to Bi pain or Kidney Deficiency.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 9-15g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin, benefits Jing and brightens the eyes.

Fr. Jujube Da Zao 6-15g Tonifies the Spleen and Stomach, augments Qi, nourishes the Blood, calms the Spirit and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
