Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 6-60g Tonifies the Kidneys and nourishes Jing, Yin and Blood.
With Shan Zhu Yu, nourishes Kidney Yin and secures Jing, while restraining urination and sweating.
Rx. Dioscoreae Shan Yao 3-15g Strengthens the Spleen , stabilizes the Kidneys and astringes Jing.
With Shu Di Huang and Shan Zhu Yu, for Kidney Deficiency with spermatorrhea, dizziness, tinnitus, lower back pain, impotence and night sweats.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 6-15g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin.
With Shu Di Huang, for Liver and Kidney Deficiency.
Poria Fu Ling 4.5-12g Strengthens the Spleen and drains Dampness.
Fr. Corni Shan Zhu Yu 3-9g Nourishes Kidney Yin and Yang, astringes Jing and Yin and stops perspiration.
With Shan Yao, tonifies the Liver and Spleen.
With Shu Di Huang and Shan Yao, for urinary frequency (day or night), dizziness, tinnitus and lower back pain due to Kidney Deficiency.
With Shu Di Huang, Gou Qi Zi and Shan Yao, for true Yin Deficiency.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 3-6g Moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
