Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 9g Transforms Phlegm, descends rebellious
Qi
, harmonizes the Stomach and stops vomiting.

With Chen Pi, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Disharmony with epigastric and abdominal distention or pain.
With Fu Ling, expels Phlegm and stops nausea and vomiting, hiccups, coughs with clear, profuse Phlegm and loose and watery stools, treats Phlegm, thin mucus and turbid Dampness and prevents turbid Phlegm and Dampness from disturbing the Heart with dizziness, palpitations and insomnia.
Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Zhi Shi 6g Reduces accumulation, descends Qi, transforms Phlegm and reduces distention.
With Chen Pi, strengthens the Middle Jiao.
Poria Fu Ling 9g Resolves Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and transforms Phlegm.
With Gan Cao, strengthens the Spleen, drains Dampness, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and calms the Shen.
With Chen Pi, for nausea and vomiting due to congested Fluids.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Chen Pi, for nausea, vomiting, chest fullness and distention, and anorexia due to congested fluids.
With Suan Zao Ren, Yuan Zhi and Wu Wei Zi, for palpitations and insomnia.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 9g Regulates Qi, tonifies the Spleen, transforms Phlegm and descends Qi.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for excessive white, viscous sputum due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Fu Ling, for coughing due to accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3g Tonifies Qi, resolves Phlegm, clears Heat, tonifies the Spleen and harmonizes and moderates the harsh properties of the other herbs.
With Dang Shen, for anorexia, fatigue and loose stools due to Spleen Deficiency and palpitations due to Heart Qi Deficiency.
With Dang Shen and Fu Ling, strengthens the Spleen and augments Qi.
Sm. Zizyphi Spinosae Suan Zao Ren 6g Nourishes Heart Yin, tonifies Liver Blood, calms the Spirit, astringes sweat and generates fluids.
With Yuan Zhi, balances the contracting, introverted and dispersing, extroverted manifestations of Spirit to ensure the proper balance of openness and sobriety
Rx. Polygalae Yuan Zhi 6g Calms the Spirit, sedates the Heart, expels Phlegm, opens the Orifices, clears the Lungs and stops coughing.
With Gan Cao, reduces the irritating effect of Yuan Zhi, to prevent nausea and vomiting.
Fr. Schisandrae Wu Wei Zi 6g Tonifies Qi, astringes the leakage of Lung Qi, stops coughing, astringes sweat, generates fluids, quiets the Spirit and calms and contains Heart Qi.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 3g Nourishes the Blood, nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin and arrests coughing and wheezing.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 6g Tonifies the Middle Jiao,augments Qi and tonifies the Lungs.
With Fu Ling, for Spleen and Stomach Deficiency with fatigue, a sensation of fullness in the abdomen, dizziness, lethargy, shortness of breath, anorexia and loose stools or diarrhea.
