Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 4-6g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi and stops vomiting.
With Fu Ling, expels Phlegm and stops nausea and vomiting, hiccups, coughs with clear, profuse Phlegm and loose and watery stools.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3-4.5g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Sheng Jiang, for vomiting due to Dis-harmony of the Stomach Qi.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for a stifling sensation in the chest and cough with excessive white, viscous sputum due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Fu Ling, for cough due to accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm.
Poria Fu Ling 4-6g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen and transforms Phlegm.
With Zhi Ban Xia, Chen Pi and Sheng Jiang, for congested fluids in the Stomach causing nausea and vomiting.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 2-3g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, moistens the Lungs, resolves Phlegm, stops cough and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 4-6g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold, stops cough and treats dyspnea.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
With Chen Pi, Zhi Ban Xia, Fu Ling and Gan Cao, for coughing during the night, dyspnea and profuse and salty-tasting sputum due to Kidney and Lung Yin Deficiency.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 6-15g Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin and arrests cough and wheezing.
With Chen Pi, Zhi Ban Xia, Fu Ling, Dang Gui and Gan Cao, for cough, wheezing and sputum due to Kidney Deficiency.
Rz. Zingiberis Recens Sheng Jiang 3-14g Releases the Exterior, induces perspiration. disperses Cold, warms the Middle, stops vomiting, warms the Lungs, stops cough and reduces the toxicity of other herbs.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for vomiting due to many causes including Stomach Cold and productive cough due to Phlegm-Dampness.
