Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 15g Spreads Liver Qi and relieves Stagnation.
With Huang Qin, for Heat in the Shao Yang.
With Bao Shao, for vertigo, dizziness and thoracic and costal pain due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
Rx. Scutellariae Huang Qin 9g Clears Heat, Drains Fire, calms ascending Liver Yang and detoxifies.
With Da Huang, for constipation.
Rz. Picrorhizae Hu Huang Lian 9g Clears Deficiency Heat.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 15g Nourishes the Blood, astringes Yin, adjusts the Ying and Wei, calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind and alleviates pain.
With Chai Hu, for flank pain due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
With Huang Qin, for dysenteric disorders with abdominal pain due to Heat entering the Interior.
Rz. Corydalis Yan Hu Suo 9g Activates the Blood, circulates Qi and stops pain.
Rx. et Rz. Rhei Da Huang 15g Drains Heat, purges accumulations, transforms Dampness, promotes urination, activates the Blood and dispels Blood Stasis.
Rx. Aucklandiae Mu Xiang 9g Promotes the movement of Qi, alleviates pain, adjusts and regulates stagnant Qi in the Intestines, strengthens the Spleen and prevents Stagnation and harmonizes the Liver and Spleen.
With Bai Shao, for diarrhea with profuse pus and Blood.
Natrii Sulfas Mang Xiao 9g Purges accumulations, guides out Stagnation, softens hardness, moistens Dryness, clears Heat and drains Fire.
With Da Huang, for constipation due to Heat in the Stomach and Intestines.
