Cx. Albizziae He Huan Pi 6-30g Calms the Spirit, relieves constraint, regulates Qi, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood and stops pain.
Fr. Perillae Zi Su Zi 3-10g Descends Qi and dissolves Phlegm.
Fr. Liquidamberis Lu Lu Tong 3-10g Promotes the movement of Qi and invigorates the Blood, opens the Middle Jiao and unblocks the channels.
With Xiang Fu, for irregular, scanty periods.
Rx. Curcumae Yu Jin 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, regulates Qi flow and alleviates pain.
Stir-fried Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Chao Bai Zhu 3-15g Harmonizes the transportive and transformative functions of the Middle Jiao to treat anorexia, distention, fullness, lethargy, spontaneous sweating and restless fetus.
With Zhi Shi, for Spleen Deficiency with Qi Stagnation with anorexia, epigastric focal distention and fullness.
Stir-fried Rx. Linderae Chao Wu Yao 3-10g Disperses coldness to treat Deficiency Cold leading to Qi Stagnation.
With Xiang Fu, for Qi and Blood Stagnation with menstrual irregularity, pain in the lower abdomen and generalized pain and distention throughout the body.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3-9g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle and relieves the diaphragm.
With Chao Bai Zhu, for anorexia and other symptoms of Damp Obstruction due to Spleen Deficiency.
Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Zhi Shi 3-10g Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation and descends Qi.
With Chen Pi, strengthens the Middle Jiao.
