Hb. Agastaches/ Pogostemonis Huo Xiang 4.5-15g Aromatically transforms Dampness, releases the Exterior, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and stops vomiting.
With Zhi Ban Xi, Fu Ling and Hou Po, for early stages of Damp-Warmth when Dampness predominates, with fever, a stifling sensation in the chest, nausea, a sense of being encumbered a sticky sensation in the mouth and a lack of thirst.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for nausea and vomiting.
Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 6-12g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi and stops vomiting.
With Fu Ling, for Phlegm, thin mucus and turbid Dampness.
With Huo Xiang, for nausea with lethargy, anorexia, poor concentration and a swollen, a pale tongue with a greasy, white coat due to turbid Dampness in the Spleen and Stomach.
With Hou Po, for Phlegm-Dampness with Qi Stagnation.
Poria Fu Ling 9-12g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen and harmonizes the Middle Jiao.
Sm. Armeniacae Xing Ren 9-12g Stops cough and calms wheezing.
With Bai Dou Kou and Yi Yi Ren, for early-stage Damp Warmth disorder with heaviness of the head and body, a stifling sensation in the chest, poor appetite and afternoon fever.
With Hou Po, for Upper and Middle Jiao Dampness with a stifling sensation in the chest and epigastric and abdominal distention with a feeling of fullness.
Sm. Coicis Yi Yi Ren 12-18g Strengthens the Spleen, resolves Dampness, expels Wind-Dampness, clears Damp-Heat and relieves pain.
With Fu Ling, for Spleen Deficiency with Excess Dampness and edema.
With Xing Ren, Bai Dou Kou and Hou Po, for Damp febrile disorders with feelings of oppression, in the chest, lack of appetite and a thick, greasy tongue coat.
Fr. Amomi Rotundus Bai Dou Kou 2.4g Promotes the movement of Qi, aromatically transforms Dampness, strengthens the Stomach, warms the Middle Jiao, descends Qi and stops vomiting.
With Huo Xiang and Zhi Ban Xia, for nausea, vomiting, epigastric discomfort, and anorexia due to either Cold-Damp or Food Stagnation.
Polyporus Zhu Ling 9g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and Dispels Damp-Heat.
With Fu Ling, for Lin syndrome, scanty urine, edema, loose stools, vaginal discharge, jaundice, leg Qi and diarrhea.
With Ze Xie, for drains Damp, unblocks and drains urinary pathways and drains Heat from the Bladder.

Sm. Sojae Preparatum Dan Dou Chi 9g Releases the Exterior, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and relieves stuffy sensations in the chest.
Rz. Alismatis Ze Xie 4.5-6g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for turbid Dampness in the Middle Jiao causing epigastric and abdominal distention.
With Fu Ling, for Dampness leading to edema, jaundice, diarrhea, Milky Lin, and scanty, difficult urination with abdominal distention.
