Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 10-18g
Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, dries Dampness and promotes water metabolism.
With Zhi Shi, for Spleen Deficiency with Qi Stagnation with anorexia, epigastric focal distention, and fullness.
Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Zhi Shi 5-9g
Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation, descends Qi, unblocks the bowels, removes Stagnant Food, transforms Phlegm, reduces distention and resolves hardenings.
Rx. Aucklandiae Mu Xiang 1.5-10g Promotes the movement of Qi, alleviates pain and adjusts and regulates stagnant Qi in the Intestines.
With Sha Ren, for distention, epigastric and abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dysentery, or tenesmus due to Qi Obstruction and/or Food Stagnation.
With Bai Zhu, for anorexia with epigastric and abdominal pain and distention.
Fr. Amomi Sha Ren 1.5-7g Promotes the movement of Qi, aromatically transforms Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, stops vomiting, warms the Middle and stops diarrhea.
With Mu Xiang, increases the flow of Qi in the digestive system while reducing distention and Food Stagnation, alleviating pain and strengthening the Spleen.
with Mu Xiang and Zhi Shi, for Qi Stagnation due to Food Stagnation.
With Bai Zhu and Zhi Shi, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Stagnation with indigestion.

  • Grind into a powder and mix with rice fried in Fol Nelumbinis He Ye and form into pills.
  • Take 6-9g twice per day.
