Sm. Citri Reticulatae Ju He 9-30g Promotes the movement of Qi, dissipates clumps and stops pain, for hernial disorders, testicular swelling and pain and breast lumps.
Dry-fried Fr. Toosendan Chao Chuan Lian Zi 3-30g Dredges Liver Qi, releases Stagnation, stops pain and conducts Heat out from below.
With Chuan Yan Hu Suo,for hernial disorders with hypochondriac, epigastric or abdominal pain caused by Liver Qi Stagnation with Heat.
Rx. Aucklandiae Mu Xiang 3-15g Promotes the movement of Qi, alleviates pain and adjusts and regulates stagnant Qi in the Intestines.
Dry-fried Sm. Persicae Chao Tao Ren 3-30g Breaks up Blood Stasis invigorates Blood circulation, moistens the Intestines and unblocks the bowels.
Dry-fried Rz. Corydalis Chao Yan Hui Suo 3-15g Regulates the flow of Qi and Blood, to treat milder cases of menstrual irregularity or dull ache in the epigastrium from clumped Qi in the Spleen and Stomach.
With Chao Chuan Lian Zi, for flank and upper right quadrant pain and epigastric and abdominal pain.
Cx. Cinnamomi Rou Gui 1-15g Disperses deep Cold, warms the channels, unblocks the channels and vessels and alleviates pain.

Caulis Akebiae Mu Tong 6-15g Promotes urination, unblocks painful urinary dysfunction and drains Heart Heat through the Small Intestine.
Ginger-fried Cx. Magnoliae Officinalis Jiang Chao Hou Po 6-15g Harmonizes the Stomach.
With Chuan Zhi Shi, for stagnant Qi failing to move with abdominal distention, wheezing, shortness of breath, nausea and constipation.
Dry-fried Fr. Aurantii Immaturus Chao Zhi Shi 6-15g Breaks up Stagnant Qi, reduces accumulation, descends Qi, unblocks the bowels, removes stagnant food, transforms Phlegm, reduces distention and resolves hardenings.
With Jiang Chao Hou Po, for distention, swelling and pain due to Food Stagnation and Qi Stagnation.
Sargassum Hai Zao 9-30g Reduces Phlegm, softens areas of hardness, promotes urination and reduces swelling .
With Kun Bu, for Goiter and scrofula.
Thallus Eckloniae Kun Bu 9-30g Resolves Phlegm, softens Phlegm nodules (areas of hardness), promotes urination and reduces swelling .
Thallus Laminariae Hai Dai 9-30g Resolves Phlegm, softens Phlegm nodules (areas of hardness), promotes urination and reduces swelling .

CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Do not use for soft scrotal or other swellings.
  • If the swellings have ulcerated, use appropriate topical applications in addition.
