Dry-fried Colla Corii Asini with Bran Chao E Jiao 9-45g Nourishes Lung Yin,moistens the Lungs, stops cough and transforms Phlegm.
With Niu Bang Zi, Xing Ren and Zhi Gan Cao, for loud, labored and accelerated breathing.
With Niu Bang Zi and Xing Ren, for a dry cough due to Heat injuring the fluids
Dry-fried Fr. Arctii Chao Niu Bang Zi 3-10g Disperses Wind-Heat and benefits the throat.
Stone-baked Fr. Aristolochiae Bei Ma Dou Ling 6-15g Clears the Lungs, transforms Phlegm, stops coughing and calms wheezing.
With Xing Ren, E Jiao and Niu Bang Zi, for a dry cough or coughing up Blood- streaked sputum from Blazing Fire due to Yin Deficiency.
Dry-fried Sm. Armeniacae Chao Xing Ren 6-70g Stops cough and calms wheezing and is more appropriate for patients with a weak Spleen and Stomach and a tendency toward loose stools.
Dry-fried Fr. Oryzae Glutinosae Chao Nuo Mi 6-30g Augments the Spleen and Stomach and Tonifies Qi.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 1.5-7.5g Moistens the Lungs, resolves Phlegm, stops cough, clears Heat, relieves Fire toxicity and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
With Niu Bang Zi, strongly clears the throat and Lungs to treat Wind-Heat attacks the Lungs or Fire toxin flaring upwards.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
