- 1.5 cun posterior to UB-7 Tongtian, and 5.5 cun within
the hairline, 1.5 cun lateral to the midline.
Note: This point is most easily located 1.5 cun lateral to and 0.5 cun poster to DU-20 Baihui. - 1.5 cun below UB-7 Tongtian, on the top of the head.
- 5.5 cun directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline and 1.5 cun lateral to the midline.
- Transverse insertion 0.5 to 1 cun.
- Slanted insertion, 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
- Puncture subcutaneously, 0.3 to 0.5 cun.
