Sm. Platycladi Bai Zi Ren  10g Nourishes the Heart and calms the Spirit.
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, soothes irritability, nourishes the Blood and calms the Spirit.
With Dang Gui, for irregular menstruation and retained lochia from Blood Stasis due to trauma.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 10g Nourishes Jing and Blood and nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency marked by dizziness, palpitations, insomnia and menstrual dysfunction.
Dry-Fried Rx. Dipsaci Chuan Xu Duan 10g Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, strengthens the sinews and bones, stops uterine bleeding, promotes the movement of Blood and alleviates pain.
Hb. Lycopi Ze Lan 10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and regulates menstruation.

MODIFICATIONS

For scanty ovulation discharge at mid-cycle ovulation with dizziness, back soreness and weakness, weak spirit and a red tongue with little coat: For adolescent menstrual irregularity with menarche 3-4 years late and when it comes it is late or early but usually late or there is amenorrhea and may also be insomnia, a thin wiry pulse and a red tongue:
+ Faeces Trogopterori Wu Ling Zhi + 6-9g Placenta Hominis Zi He Che
+ Rx. Pseudostellariae Tai Zi Shen + 10g Sm. Cuscutae Tu Si Zi
For the stool is tending to be sticky:
For back soreness:
