Rx. Ginseng Ren Shen 22.5g Tonifies Heart, Spleen and Stomach Qi and calms the Spirit.
Poria Fu Ling 22.5g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao, quiets the Heart, calms the Spirit and soothes the nerves.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Chen Pi, for nausea, vomiting, chest fullness and distention and anorexia due to congested fluids.
With Gan Cao, for Spleen and Heart Deficiency causing facial edema, palpitations and shortness of breath.
Rx. Peucedani Qian Hu 22.5g Expels Phlegm and descends Qi.
Rz. Pinelliae Preparatum Zhi Ban Xia 22.5g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm, descends Rebellious Qi, stops vomiting, dissipates nodules and reduces Stagnation.
With Chen Pi, for a productive cough and a stifling sensation in the chest due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction or Spleen Qi Deficiency.
With Fu Ling, expels Phlegm and stops nausea and vomiting, hiccups, coughs with clear, profuse Phlegm and loose, watery stools. Treats Phlegm, thin mucus and turbid Dampness and prevents turbid Phlegm and Dampness from disturbing the Heart with dizziness, palpitations and insomnia.
With Ren Shen, for vomiting due to Stomach Deficiency.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 22.5g Invigorates the Blood and promotes the movement of Qi.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency causing menstrual problems including dysmenorrhea, scanty menses and amenorrhea.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 15g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Fu Ling, for coughing due to accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm.
Fr. Aurantii Zhi Ke 15g Promotes the movement of Qi, reduces distention and pressure and resolves hardenings.
With Jie Geng, regulates the flow of Qi in the chest and aids in the transformation of Phlegm for, chest congestion.
Rx. Platycodi Jie Geng 15g Expels pus.
With Gan Cao, disseminates Lung Qi, expels Phlegm, resolves toxicity and expels pus for productive coughing with hoarseness, pain and swelling of the throat due to Wind-Heat.

Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 30g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold, reduces swelling, expels pus, generates flesh and alleviates pain.
With Shu Di Huang, for Heat symptoms due to Yin Deficiency and Devastated Blood.
With Shu Di Huang, Bai Shao and Chuan Xiong, for menstrual irregularity, amenorrhea and dysmenorrhea due to Blood Deficiency or Blood Stasis.
With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 30g Nourishes the Blood and regulates menstruation.
