Rx. Polygoni Multiflori	*He Shou Wu*	40g	Tonifies the Liver and Kidneys, nourishes the Blood and nourishes Jing.
Fr. Lycii	*Gou Qi Zi*	20g	Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin, *benefits Jing* and brightens the eyes*. With Shu Di Huang,* for Liver and Kidney Deficiency.
Rx. Dioscoreae	*Shan Yao*	15g	Tonifies Kidney Yin and astringes Jing.
Actinolitum	*Yang Qi Shi*	15-30g	Warms the Kidneys and the Lower Jiao, warms the Ming Men and fortifies the Yang.
Hb. Epimedii	*Yin Yang Huo*	5-10g	*Tonifies the Kidneys, strengthens Yang* and increases the libido*. With Shan Yao,* for a stronger action.
Hb. Ephedrae	*Ma Huang*	1-3g	Induces sweating, releases the Exterior and warms and disperses Cold pathogens. With Shu Di Huang, for coughing and wheezing associated with Kidney Yin Deficiency.
