Rx. Rehmanniae Sheng Di Huang 9g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, nourishes Yin and generates fluids.
With Xuan Shen and Mai Men Dong, for a dry throat, irritability, a red tongue, and a fast thready pulse due to Devastated Yin with Blazing Fire and constipation due to Excess Heat with Yin Deficiency.
With Bai Shao, for Blood Deficiency Heat.
With Xuan Shen, for Kidney Yin Deficiency with Fire Blazing with soreness and swelling in the throat, dry mouth and a parched tongue.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 9g Nourishes the Blood, regulates menstru-ation and astringes Yin.
Cx. Lycii Di Gu Pi 4.5g Cools the Blood, drains Yin Deficiency Fire, eliminates lurking Heat, and clears Heat from the bones.
Rx. Scrophulariae Xuan Shen 6g Clears Heat, cools the Blood and nourishes Yin.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 6g Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin and nourishes Stomach Yin.
With Sheng Di Huang, for hematemesis or epistaxis due to Yin Deficiency with Excess Heat.
Hb. Artemisiae Annuae Qing Hao 4.5g Clears Deficiency fevers.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 6g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin
Rx. Salviae Miltiorrhizae Dan Shen 4.5g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, clears Heat, soothes irritability, nourishes the Blood and calms the Spirit.
Hb. Leonuri Yi Mu Cao 4.5g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, regulates menstruation, clears Heat and resolves toxicity.
