Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen and raises the Yang Qi of the Spleen and Stomach.
With Dang Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia, fatigue, tired extremities and spontaneous sweat.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with weakness, lassitude and loose stools.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency due to hemorrhage with fatigue, low grade fever, irritability, and thirst in patients with a weak pulse due to Qi and Blood Deficiencies.
With Sheng Ma, Chai Hu and Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Sinking with rectal and/or uterine prolapse or excessive uterine bleeding.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 18g Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi and nourishes the Blood.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with anorexia, loose stools and vomiting.
Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 24g Tonifies the Spleen and augments Qi.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 12g Tonifies, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood.
With Huang Qi, for Qi and Blood Deficiencies.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Preparata Zhi Gan Cao 3g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu 6g Raises Yang Qi.
With Huang Qi, raises the Clear Yang due to abnormal descent of Qi.
Rz. Cimicifugae Sheng Ma 6g Raises Yang and lifts Sunken Qi.
With Chai Hu, for chronic dysenteric disorders, rectal prolapse, and uterine prolapse due to Yang Deficiency.
With Dang Gui, raises the clear Qi, allowing turbidity to descend and moistening the Intestines.
Rx. Morindae Officinalis Ba Ji Tian 9g Tonifies the Kidneys and strengthens Yang.
Fr. Lycii Gou Qi Zi 9g Nourishes and tonifies Liver and Kidney Blood and Yin.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm and helps prevent Stagnation from tonic herbs.
