Rx. Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Zhi Fu Zi 5-15g Warms the Yang, disperses Cold and Dampness, warms the channels and stops pain.
With Xi Xin,disperses Cold and stops pain, for both Internal and External Cold damage with aversion to Cold, headache and generalized body aches with aching joints.
Rx. et Rz. Rhei Da Huang 1-10g Cleans the Intestines, purges Stagnation, treats hypochondriac pain and directs the actions of the other herbs to the intestines.
Hb. Asari Xi Xin 1-6g Expels Cold and disperses accumulations.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Contraindicated for those with Interior Heat Excess.
  • Contraindicated for those with Deficiency Cold.
HERB/DRUG INTERACTIONS
  • If application causes a bowel movement, the prognosis is good, if it causes vomiting, increased chills or a thin pulse, it indicates a worsening of the condition which requires urgent attention.
For severe abdominal pain which is better with warmth: For severe distension and a thick, dirty tongue coat:
