Sm. Benincasae Dong Gua Zi 15g Clears Heat, expels Phlegm, expels pus, drains Dampness and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
With Da Huang and Mu Dan Pi, for intestinal abscess.
Rx. et Rz. Rhei Da Huang 12g Drains Heat, purges accumulations, transforms Dampness, eliminates Phlegm, invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and inhibits the growth of cancer cells.
 With Mu Dan Pi, Tao Ren and Mang Xiao, for intestinal abscess.
With Mang Xiao, eliminates obstruction in the Intestines for severe constipation and abscesses, swellings and toxic sores.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi 9g Clears Heat, cools, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, drains pus and reduces swelling.
Sm. Persicae Tao Ren 9g Breaks up Blood Stasis, invigorates Blood circulation, moistens the Intestines, unblocks the bowels and drains abscesses.
With Da Huang, for severe abdominal infections.
Natrii Sulfas Mang Xiao 6g Purges accumulations, guides out Stagnation, softens hardness, moistens Dryness, clears Heat and reduces swelling.

  • Decoct the first four herbs and then mix with Mang Xiao, for oral administration after the dregs have been removed.
