Tub. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 6-15g Moistens the Lungs, stops cough, nourishes Stomach Yin, generates fluids, clears the Heart, eliminates irritability and moistens the Intestines.
Fr. Schisandrae Wu Wei Zi 1.5-9g Astringes leakage of Lung Qi, tonifies Qi, astringes Jing, nourishes Kidney Yin, stops diarrhea, astringes sweat, generates fluids, tonifies the Heart and calms the Spirit.
With Shu Di Huang, Shan Zhu Yu and Shan Yao, for Lung and Kidney Deficiencies with cough and wheezing.
Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 8-30g Tonifies the Kidneys and Nourishes Yin and Blood.
With Shan Yao and Ze Xie, for ascendant Fire due to exhaustion of Kidney Yin.
