- 3.5 cun lateral to the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra.
- 3.5 cun lateral to the posterior midline, on the level of the lower border of the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra.
- Straight insertion 1-1.5 cun.
- 0.8–1 cun obliquely in a medial direction.
- Puncture perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 cun.
- Moxibustion is applicable.
- Improves Qi flow between the Upper and Middle Burner
- Eliminates local Qi and Blood Stagnation.
