  • 0.5 cun lateral to the navel.
  • 0.5 cun lateral to the center of the umbilicus, level with REN-8 Shenque.
  • Straight insertion 1 to 1.5 cun.
    Caution: deep needling may penetrate the peritoneal cavity.
  • Puncture perpendicularly 0.5 to 1 cun.
  • Moxibustion is applicable.

  • This point is related to Gaohuang, the space between the Heart and diaphragm.
  • It can be used to tonify the Kidneys and Heart and calm the Mind.
  • It is used for Kidney Yin Deficiency unable to nourish the Heart.
