NOTES

  • Grind equal portions of the ingredients together into a fine powder and store in a airtight jar. Prior to treating with the powder, decoct 3g Fr. Zanthoxyli Chuan Jiao in water and wash the affected area with the warm decoction for 5-10 minutes. Pat dry with a clean towel. Combine a portion of the powder with rice vinegar to forma a paste and apply to the lesions. Perform the entire procedure twice daily. Three days constitutes one course of treatment. Rest 1-2 days between courses. Most patients experience improvement within three courses.
