Rx. Paeoniae Rubra Chi Shao 15g Clears Heat, cools the Blood, invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and relieves pain.
With Dang Gui, for Blood-Stasis induced gynecological disorders such as immobile abdominal masses and amenorrhea with abdominal pain.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui 15g Nourishes and activates Blood, regulates Liver and Kidneys, regulates menses and alleviates pain.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis to treat abdominal pain.
Rx. Ligustici Chuan Xiong 6g Invigorates Blood, moves Qi, releases Stagnation and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency causing menstrual problems including dysmenorrhea, scanty menses and amenorrhea.
Fr. Xanthii Cang Er Zi 9g Disperses Wind and Dampness and opens nasal passages.
With Xin Yi, for blocked nose due to Wind-Cold.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Contraindicated for those with acute, severe blood loss.
  • Contraindicated for those with severe weakness or labored breathing.
  • Modify for those with constitutional Spleen Yang Deficiency.
  • Contraindicated for those with dehydration.
  • Use with caution for those with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency due to the Stagnating nature of Shu Di Huang.
  • Contraindicated for those with Blood or Qi collapse.
  • Use with caution during pregnancy.
