With Bai Shao, regulates and harmonizes Qi and Blood.
With Chuan Xiong, harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis.
Rz. Chuanxiong Chuan Xiong 3-10g Invigorates the Blood, promotes the movement of Qi and alleviates pain.
With Rou Gui, for irregular menstruation with Cold in the Blood.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 5-30g Nourishes the Blood and regulates menstruation.
With Dang Gui, nourishes Yin and Blood.
Rz. Zingiberis Gan Jiang 3-10g Warms the Middle, expels Cold, warms the channels and stops bleeding.
Rx. Curcumae Yu Jin 3-15g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, regulates Qi flow and alleviates pain.
Sm. Cuscutae Tu Si Zi 6-18g Strengthens Yang, nourishes Yin, astringes Jing and urine and benefits the marrow.
Flos Carthami Hong Hua 3-10g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, opens the channels, unblocks menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Chuan Xiong, for chest and abdominal pain due to Qi and Blood Stasis.
Cx. Cinnamomi Rou Gui 1.5-5g Warms the Kidneys, Spleen and Heart, strengthens Yang and Ming Men Fire, disperses deep Cold, warms and unblocks the channels and vessels and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for dysmenorrhea, postpartum abdominal pain or amenorrhea due to Deficiency Cold of the Chong and Ren channels.
