Cortex Poria Fu Ling Pi 9-20g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
With Zhu Ling, promotes urination.
Sm. Coicis  Yi Yi Ren 9-20g Expels Wind-Dampness, clears Damp-Heat and relieves pain.
Polyporus   Zhu Ling 9-12g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and dispels Damp-Heat.
With Fu Ling Pi, for Lin syndrome, scanty urine, edema, loose stools, vaginal discharge, jaundice, leg Qi and diarrhea.
With Da Fu Pi, for urinary difficulty, edema, and abdominal distention.
Per. Arecae Da Fu Pi 9-12g Promotes urination and reduces edema.
Medulla Tetrapanacis Tong Cao 6-9g Promotes urination, resolves Dampness and
clears Heat.
With Fu Ling Pi, Zhu Ling and Da Fu Pi, for edema with dysuria.
Hb. Lophatheri   Dan Zhu Ye 6-9g Promotes urination and clears Damp-Heat.

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS

  • Scanty or no urine
  • Dysuria
  • Thirst with no desire to drink
  • Constipation
  • Abdominal fullness and distention
  • Heavy head
  • Headache
  • General aching
  • General edema beginning from the eyelids
  • Dizziness
  • May have fever or fever and chills
  • T: Normal or red
  • C: Greasy and white
  • P: Soft and rapid or Slippery and rapid or Floating and slow
