Faeces Trogopterori Wu Ling Zhi 12g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis, alleviates pain and stops bleeding.
With Pu Huang, for Abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea and lochioschesis.
Fr. Crataegi Shan Zha 12g Dissipates accumulations, reduces Food Stagnation, transforms Blood Stasis invigorates Blood circulation and dissipates clumps.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Viride Qing Pi 4.5g Spreads Liver Qi, breaks up Stagnant Qi, dissipates accumulations and reduces Food Stagnation.
Resina Daemonoropis Xue Jie 6g Invigorates the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and alleviates pain.

CLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS

  • One or two days before or during first day of menses there is:
    Lower abdominal distension and pain
    Distention and pain in the lower chest and the breasts
    Pressure makes worse
  • Generally scanty Blood flow
  • The flow starts and stops
  • Dark-purple color with clots
  • When the clots pass the pain is relieved (or when menses stop)
  • Premenstrual syndrome
  • Abdominal masses which are visible when lying down
  • Piercing hypochondriac pain
  • Irritability
  • Indigestion
  • Constipation
  • Dysmenorrhea
  • Amenorrhea
  • Chronic diarrhea
  • Daybreak diarrhea
  • Palpable abdominal masses
  • Irregular menstruation
  • Breast distention
  • Distended sensation in the chest
  • Abdominal tumors
  • Hypochondriac distention
