Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 15g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, tonifies Wei Qi, stabilizes the exterior and tonifies the Lungs.
With Dang Shen, for Qi Deficiency with general debility, anorexia, fatigue, tired extremities and spontaneous sweat.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with weakness, lassitude and loose stools.
With Dang Gui, for Blood Deficiency due to hemorrhage with fatigue, low grade fever, irritability, and thirst in patients with a weak pulse due to Qi and Blood Deficiencies.
With Fang Feng and Bai Zhu, for Wei Qi Deficiency with spontaneous sweat.
With Sheng Ma, raises Yang Qi of the Spleen, allowing turbid Yin to descend and be eliminated, treating chronic diarrhea, a dragging sensation in the abdomen, fatigue, shortness of breath, uterine bleeding and prolapses.
Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 12g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, dries Dampness, promotes water metabolism, stabilizes the exterior and stops sweating.
Rx. Codonopsis Dang Shen 9g Tonifies the Middle Jiao, augments Qi, tonifies the Lungs, restores the constitution and assists herbs that release the exterior or drain downward when there is significant Qi Deficiency.
With Fu Ling, for Spleen and Stomach Deficiencies with fatigue, a sensation of fullness in the abdomen, dizziness, lethargy, shortness of breath, anorexia and loose stools or diarrhea.
With Bai Zhu, for Spleen Qi Deficiency with anorexia, loose stools and vomiting.
With Huang Qi, for Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiencies with fatigue, shortness of breath, diarrhea and anorexia.
Rx. Saposhnikoviae Fang Feng 9g Releases the exterior and expels External Wind.
Poria Fu Ling 9g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and transforms Phlegm.

  • This formula is a combination of Tonify the Middle and Augment the Qi Decoction Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang, Jade Windscreen Powder Yu Ping Feng San and Two Aged Ingredients Er Chen Tang.
For concurrent Qi Deficiency with enuresis in a child or enduring clear, Cold white vaginal discharge in a woman: For concurrent Kidney Yang or Kidney Yin and Yang Deficiency:
