NAME: QINGLENGYUAN

English: Clear Cold Abyss
Also Known As: Cooling Gulf

LOCATION:

  • With the elbow flexed, this point is located 1 cun proximal to SJ-10 Tianjing.

NEEDLING:

  • Perpendicular insertion, 0.5 to 1 cun.
  • Straight insertion, 1-1.5 cun.
  • Moxibustion is applicable.

  • Dispels Wind-Damp
  • Clears Damp-Heat

  • Headache
  • Heaviness of the head with submandibular pain
  • Eye pain
  • Yellow eyes

  • Difficulty raising the shoulder and harm and putting on clothes
  • Bi Syndrome of the shoulder and arm
  • Fixed Bi
  • Motor impairment of the shoulder and arms
  • Migraine
