  • On the temple, one-fourth the distance from ST-8 Touwei to GB-7 Qubin.
  • Within the hairline of the temporal region, at the junction of the upper quarter and lower three quarters of the distance between ST-8 Touwei to GB-7 Qubin.
  • Slanted insertion, 1 to 1.5 cun.
  • Transverse insertion 0.5 to 1.5 cun.
    Note: This point may be needled in any direction. Direction depends on the symptomatology. Direct the needle towards the point of pain, or join to other head points.
