  • Use caution, this herb injures Stomach Qi.

  • Use caution when used in conjunction with anticoagulants such as heparin, warfarin (Coumadin) and enoxaparin (Lovenox) or antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin, dipyridamole (Persantine) and clopidogrel (Plavix) as it may potentiate the effects of these drugs.

NOTES

  1. This herb has recently used in treating hypertension either alone or as an infusion.
  2. For blurry eyes, make a pillow with this herb.
  3. Ye Ju Hua more powerfully drains Fire and resolves toxicity than Flos Chrysanthemi Ju Hua and is often used to treat toxic swollen sores and boils.
  4. This herb is said to relax the Heart and has anti-viral and antibacterial properties
  5. It is also a lymphatic decongestant.
  6. Charred Wild Chrysanthemum resolve toxicity and stop bleeding. A honey pill made with Ye Ju Hua, Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang, Rz. Zingiberis Preparata Pao JIang, Sanguisorbae Di Yu and Fr. Schisandrae Wu Wei Zi treats Intestinal Wind with bleeding.
