Rx. Linderae Wu Yao 6g Promotes movement of Qi, alleviates pain, warms the Kidneys and disperses Cold.
With Xiang Fu, unblocks Qi in both the Qi and Blood levels, releases constraint from the Liver and Gallbladder, descends Qi in the chest and abdomen and warms Qi which has been slowed by pathogenic Cold for painful, Cold Qi leading to abdominal distention, borborygmus and diarrhea and Qi and Blood Stagnation with menstrual irregularity, pain in the lower abdomen and generalized pain and distention throughout the body.
Rz. Cyperi  Xiang Fu 6g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for irregular menses and dysmenorrhea due to Qi and Blood Stasis.
With Chai Hu, for Qi Stagnation and menstrual irregularity.
With Dang Gui, tonifies the Blood and moves Qi, for premenstrual symptoms, menstrual pain and irregular menstruation.
With Chuan Xiong, for Qi Stagnation combined with Blood Stasis.
Fructus Perillae Zi Su Zi  4.5g Stops cough, calms wheezing, descends Qi, dissolves Phlegm, moistens the Intestines and unblocks the stool.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm and descends Qi.
Rx. Bupleuri Chai Hu  6g Resolves Shao Yang disorders, reduces fever, harmonizes the Exterior and Interior, spreads Liver Qi and relieves Stagnation.
With Bo He, for emotional depression, a stifling sensation in the chest, and irregular menstruation due to Liver Blood Stagnation and Deficiency.
With Gan Cao, for hepatitis and upper right quadrant pain.
Cx. Moutan Mu Dan Pi  6g Clears Heat, cools, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, dispels Blood Stasis and clears Liver Fire.
With Gui Zhi, for chest and abdominal pain due to Blood Stagnation.
Ram. Cinnamomi Gui Zhi 3g Warms the channels and collaterals to relieve pain, unblocks Yang, transforms the Qi and thin mucus and warms and facilitates the flow of Qi through the channels and collaterals and Blood through the vessels.
With Chuan Xiong, expels Wind-Dampness, warms the channels and collaterals, facilitates joint movement and relieves the discomfort of Painful Obstruction.
With Dang Gui and Chuan Xiong, for irregular menstruation due to Yang Deficiency with Cold Stagnation.

With Mu Xiang, for lower abdominal Coldness and pain.
Rx. Angelicae Sinensis Dang Gui  6g Tonifies Blood, regulates the menses, invigorates and harmonizes the Blood, disperses Cold and stops pain due to Blood Stasis.
With Gan Cao, moderates spasms and relieves abdominal pain.
With Chuan Xiong harmonizes, nourishes and invigorates the Blood and disperses Blood Stasis for abdominal pain.
With Xiang Fu, tonifies the Blood and moves Qi, for premenstrual symptoms, menstrual pain and irregular menstruation.
With Wu Yao, disperses Cold and stops pain, for abdominal pain due to External Cold.
