Cx. Phellodendri Huang Bai 3-12g Drains Damp-Heat especially from the Lower Jiao and drains Kidney Fire.
With Cang Zhu, eliminates Dampness and clears Heat for: Lower Jiao Damp-Heat with pain, swelling, and weakness in the lower limbs, Damp-Heat vaginal discharge and Damp-Heat sores.
Rz. Atractylodis Cang Zhu 3-10g Strongly dries Dampness, tonifies the Spleen and clears Dampness from the Lower Jiao.
With Xiang Fu, for chest, epigastric and abdominal pain, distention and discomfort due to Dampness and Qi Obstruction.
Sm. Coicis Yi Yi Ren 9-30g Strengthens the Spleen, resolves Dampness and clears Damp-Heat.
Caulis Sargentodoxae Hong Teng 9-30g Clears Heat, resolves toxicity, reduces abscesses, stops pain, invigorates the Blood and disperses Stasis.
Hb. Patriniae Bai Jiang Cao 6-30g Clears Heat, resolves toxicity, dispels Blood Stasis, and stops pain.
With Yi Yi Ren, for suppurations due to smoldering Damp-Heat.
Hb. Sive Rx. Cirsii Japonici Da Ji 4.5-20g Cools the Blood, stops bleeding, disperses Blood Stasis, reduces swelling and generates flesh.
With Xiao Ji, for hematuria due to Blood Heat and other Heat induced hemorrhages.
