Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 9-12g Spreads and regulates Liver Qi.
With Wu Yao, unblocks Qi in both the Qi and Blood levels, releases Stagnation from the Liver and Gallbladder, descends Qi in the chest and abdomen and warms Qi which has been slowed by pathogenic Cold.
Rx. Linderae Wu Yao 6-9g Promotes movement of Qi and alleviates pain.
With Mu Xiang and Zhi Ke, for epigastric and abdominal pain and distention due to Cold Stagnation and Qi Obstruction.
With Mu Xiang, Xiang Fu and Zhi Ke, for dysmenorrhea due to Stagnant Qi.
Rx. Aucklandiae Mu Xiang 6-9g Promotes the movement of Qi, alleviates pain, Adjusts and regulates stagnant Qi in the Intestines, strengthens the Spleen and prevents Stagnation.
With Qing Pi, for abdominal pain, distention and belching.
With Bing Lang, for Qi Stagnation in the Stomach and Intestines due to Food Stagnation with abdominal distention, and fullness and distention, anorexia, aversion to the smell of food, nausea without the ability to vomit and an uncomfortable urge to defecate which is often unsuccessful.
Fr. Aurantii Zhi Ke 6-9g Promotes the movement of Qi, reduces distention and pressure, resolves hardenings and removes stagnated food.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 6-9g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, descends Qi and relieves the diaphragm.
With Zhi Ke, for abdominal distention, fullness and pain (Spleen and Stomach Qi Stagnation).
With Qing Pi, for flank pain and chest and abdominal distention due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
