Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 3g Tonifies the Spleen, augments Qi, dries Dampness and promotes water metabolism.
With Fu Ling and Gan Cao, for Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiencies.
With Fu Ling and Sheng Jiang, for edema with Kidney Yang Deficiency.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm and descends Qi.
With Sheng Jiang. for vomiting and hiccups due to Disharmony of the Stomach Qi and Cold-Dampness Obstructing the Middle with nausea and hiccup.
With Qing Pi, for flank pain and chest and abdominal distention due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
With Bai Zhu, for anorexia and other symptoms of Damp-Obstruction due to Spleen Deficiency.
Per. Citri Reticulatae Viride Qing Pi 2g Spreads Liver Qi, breaks up Stagnant Qi, dissipates accumulations, reduces Food Stagnation, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Xiang Fu, for pain and distention of the flanks due to Liver Qi Stagnation.
With Shan Zha, Mai Ya and Shen Qu, for pain and distention of the epigastrium due to Food Stagnation.
Rz. Cyperi Xiang Fu 3g Spreads, regulates Liver Qi, regulates menstruation and alleviates pain.
With Yan Hu Suo, treats everything from Liver Qi Stagnation to Deep Blood Stasis with pain anywhere in the body including stabbing chest pain, distending pain in the breast, Cold pain in the epigastrium, pain due to bulging disorder in the lower body and dysmenorrhea.
Fr. Crataegi Shan Zha 3g Reduces and guides out Food Stagnation, transforms accumulations, transforms Blood Stasis, invigorates Blood circulation, dissipates clumps and stops diarrhea.
With Shen Qu, for general indigestion and Food Stagnation.
With Mai Ya and Shen Qu, for abdominal distention, belching, diarrhea and anorexia due to Food Stagnation.
Concha Meretricis/Cyclinae Ge Qiao 3g Clears Lung Heat, transforms Phlegm, descends Lung Qi, softens hardness, promotes urination and expels Dampness.
Rx. Platycodi Jie Geng 3g Opens the Lungs, spreads Lung Qi and expels Phlegm.
With Gan Cao, disseminates Lung Qi, expels Phlegm, resolves toxicity, and expels pus for productive cough with hoarseness, pain and swelling of the throat due to Wind-Heat and Lung abscess with expectoration of pus and pain in the chest and flanks.
Poria Fu Ling 3g Promotes urination,leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and transforms Phlegm.
Fr. Amomi Sha Ren 1.5g Promotes the movement of Qi, aromatically transforms Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, stops vomiting, warms the Middle and stops diarrhea.
With Chen Pi, for Dampness obstructing the Spleen's transforming and transporting functions with reduced intake of food and diarrhea, belching, nausea and a stifling sensation in the epigastrium due to Disharmony of the Stomach Qi and vomiting of unadulterated, or scanty but viscous fluids.
Rz. Corydalis Yan Hu Suo 3g Invigorates the Blood, circulates Qi, stops pain and disperses extravasation.
Fr. Hordei Germinatus Mai Ya 3g Reduces Food Stagnation, improves digestion, strengthens the Stomach and facilitates the smooth flow of Liver Qi.
With Shen Qu, for indigestion due to Food Stagnation.
