Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 10-15g Replenishes Qi, stops perspiration, consolidates Wei, strengthens the Spleen and raises Spleen Yang.
With Gui Zhi, for Qi, Blood, Ying and Wei Deficiencies.
Maltosum Yi Tang 18-30g Tonifies Spleen and Stomach, alleviates Cold pain and moderates spasmodic abdominal pain.
With Gui Zhi, warms and tonifies the Middle Jiao.
With Gui Zhi and Gan Cao, for Middle Jiao Deficiency Cold with abdominal pain.
With and Huang Qi, for spleen Deficiency.
With Huang Qi, for abdominal pain due to Qi Deficiency.
Ram. Cinnamomi Gui Zhi 4-10g Warms the Middle Jiao, disperses Cold, releases the exterior, adjusts the Ying and Wei and warms the channels and collaterals to relieve pain .
With Bai Shao, harmonizes the Ying and Wei and warms and tonifies the Middle Jiao.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 6-20g Nourishes Blood, regulates menstruation and adjusts the Ying and Wei.
With Gan Cao, stops spasmodic abdominal pain.
With Yi Tang, Gui Zhi, Sheng Jiang and Gan Cao, for abdominal pain due to Cold from Middle Jiao Deficiency which is better with pressure and somewhat alleviated by eating.
With Huang Qi, Gui Zhi, Sheng Jiang and Da Zao for Bi syndrome.
With Gui Zhi, Yi Tang, Da Zao, Gan Cao and Sheng JIang, for severe epigastric or abdominal pain or cramps caused by the Liver overacting on the Deficient, Cold Middle Jiao.
Rx. Glycyrrhizae Gan Cao 3-6g Tonifies the Spleen, tonifies Qi, moderates spasms. and moderates and harmonizes the properties of other herbs.
Rz. Zingiberis Recens Sheng Jiang 2-10g Releases the exterior, disperses Cold, warms the Middle, stops vomiting and adjusts the Ying and Wei.
With Da Zao, harmonizes and protects the Ying and Wei.
Fr. Zizyphi Jujube Da Zao 3-5g Strengthens the Spleen, tonifies Qi and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
With Sheng Jiang, alleviates epigastric pain, nausea, and vomiting by strengthening the Spleen.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Eliminate sweet flavor for vomiting from roundworms.
  • Contraindicated for those with Heat from Yin Deficiency.
  • Modify for abdominal distention.
