Rx. Scutellariae Huang Qin 5-15g Clears Lung Heat, dries Dampness, drains Fire and detoxifies.
Hb. Menthae Haplocalycis Bo He 3-9g Disperses Wind-Heat, cools and clears the head and eyes, benefits the throat and expels turbid filth.
With Lian Qiao, Huo Xiang and Bai Dou Kou, for vomiting and diarrhea due to Summerheat and Dampness.
Rz. Belamcandae She Gan 5-12g Clears Heat, relieves Fire toxicity, improves the throat, transforms Phlegm and clears the Lungs.
With Huang Qin, for sore throat and cough due to Heat in the Lungs.
Bul. Fritillariae Cirrhosae Chuan Bei Mu 6-10g Clears Heat, transforms Phlegm, stops cough and nourishes and moistens the Lung.
With Lian Qiao, releases constrained toxins.

With Hua Shi and Huang Qin, for Summerheat or Warm febrile disease causing urinary dysfunction and jaundice.
Hb. Agastaches/ Pogostemonis Huo Xiang 5-12g Aromatically transforms Dampness, releases the exterior, dispels Summerheat, transforms turbidity, harmonizes the Middle Jiao and stops vomiting.
With Shi Chang Pu and Bai Dou Kou, eliminates turbidity and revives the Spleen.
