Rz. Zingiberis Gan Jiang 3-9g Warms the Spleen and Stomach and eliminates interior Cold.
With Zhi Gan Cao, for vomiting and epigastric pain due to Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold.
With Bai Zhu, for diarrhea due to Spleen Deficiency.
With Bai Zhu and Ren Shen, for Spleen Yang Deficiency with a cold abdomen, vomiting, and diarrhea.
With Zhi Fu Zi, counteracts the Internal consequences of an External Wind-Cold attack, warms the Spleen and Kidneys, benefits Yang, and disperses Cold for debilitated Spleen and Kidney Yang with incessant diarrhea, Devastated Yang, overabundance of Yin fluids due to Deficiency Cold and Cold-Damp Bi .
Rx. Ginseng Ren Shen 3-15g Tonifies Yuan Qi, reinforces Yang and harmonizes the middle Jiao.
With Zhi Fu Zi, for Collapsed Qi and Devastated Yang (spontaneous sweat, ice cold extremities, shortness of breath, etc.).
With Bai Zhu, tonifies the transformation and transportation functions of the Spleen.
Rz. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Bai Zhu 3-9g Tonifies the Spleen, tonifies Qi and dries Dampness.
With Ren Shen, tonifies the Spleen and Stomach and dries Dampness.
With Gan Jiang, eliminates Cold Dampness in the Spleen with loss of taste, a sticky sensation in the mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and a thick,white tongue coat and treats bleeding due to Deficiency of Spleen Yang with hemafecia or hematuria and frequent diarrhea due to Spleen/ Stomach Deficiency Cold.
Rx. Aconiti Lateralis Preparata Zhi Fu Zi .5-6g Restores Kidney and Heart Yang, relieves pain, disperses Cold, dispels Dampness and warms the Spleen.
With Bai Zhu and Gan Jiang, for Cold abdominal pain with watery diarrhea.
With Gan Jiang and Zhi Gan Cao, strengthens its actions of fortifying Qi and benefiting the Yang for cold extremities and diarrhea with undigested food due to Collapse of the Spleen and Kidney Yang.
With Zhi Fu Zi, for Spleen Yang Deficiency with a Cold, painful abdomen, vomiting and watery diarrhea and Wind-Damp Bi.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
  • Contraindicated for those with External invasion with fever.
  • For those with sudden turmoil disorder, stop when diarrhea and vomiting have stopped.
  • Contraindicated for those with Yin Deficiency.
  • Contraindicated during pregnancy.
